By accessing or using any website, form, portal, or digital service operated by Bar-Key Bartending LLC ("Bar-Key," "we," "us," or "our"), including but not limited to the Wedding Instant Estimate form, Client Portal, and contract signing pages (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services.

All estimates generated through our Services are approximate and do not constitute a binding quote, offer, or contract. Final pricing is confirmed only through a signed service agreement between you and Bar-Key Bartending LLC.
NOTICE: All pricing data, pricing algorithms, cost calculations, staffing models, service tier structures, add-on pricing matrices, and business methods displayed on or accessible through the Services are proprietary trade secrets and confidential business information of Bar-Key Bartending LLC.
This proprietary information is protected by applicable trade secret laws, including the Oklahoma Uniform Trade Secrets Act (Okla. Stat. tit. 78, Sections 85-95) and the federal Defend Trade Secrets Act (18 U.S.C. Section 1836). Unauthorized disclosure, reproduction, or misappropriation of this information may result in civil liability and criminal penalties.
By checking the SMS consent box on any Bar-Key form, you agree to receive voice calls and SMS text messages at the phone number you provide. These messages may include consultation scheduling, event planning updates, reminders, contract and invoice notifications, and general client service communications.
Consent to receive SMS and voice communications is not a condition of purchase or use of our services.

You agree NOT to engage in any of the following activities:
Unauthorized access to our computer systems, including but not limited to circumventing access controls, automated scraping in violation of these Terms, or exceeding authorized access to extract data, may constitute violations of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. Section 1030) and analogous state laws. Bar-Key reserves the right to pursue all available civil and criminal remedies against violators.
The content on our Services, including text, graphics, design elements, and software, is protected by copyright under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. Section 512) and applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of copyrighted material may result in civil and criminal penalties.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bar-Key Bartending LLC, its members, managers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. BAR-KEY BARTENDING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. IN NO EVENT SHALL BAR-KEY'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
Estimates are approximate and may vary based on final event details, market conditions, and availability. Bar-Key is not responsible for any decisions made based on estimate information prior to execution of a signed service agreement.
Some Bar-Key Services include an Incident Log: a shared, time-stamped record where people connected to an event can document incidents, observations, and notes tied to that event. Participants may include clients, vendors, planners, venue contacts, and Bar-Key staff and office personnel. The purpose of the Incident Log is to keep an accurate account of what happened at an event, including matters related to alcohol service, guest safety, and compliance with applicable law.
Each entry is the statement of the person who wrote it. When you add an entry, you are making your own account of what you saw or did, and you are responsible for its truthfulness. Bar-Key provides the tool. Bar-Key does not verify, endorse, or take responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or content of entries made by clients, vendors, venues, planners, or any other participant, and an entry written by one participant is not a statement by Bar-Key.
Not every entry is visible to every participant. Entries written by an event participant are shared with the other participants for that same event. Entries created by Bar-Key staff or office personnel to document compliance matters, including refusals of service, guest cutoffs, and safety concerns, are internal to Bar-Key and are not shared with all participants.
Incident Log entries are part of the record for the event. Bar-Key may retain them as business and compliance documentation, including after the event has ended and after portal access has closed, to support its legal, insurance, and regulatory obligations.
You agree to use the Incident Log only to document the event it belongs to. You may not submit entries that are knowingly false, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or intended to threaten or intimidate any person, and Bar-Key may remove or restrict entries that violate these Terms. The Incident Log is a record-keeping tool. It is not legal advice, and an entry is not a legal finding, an admission, or a determination of fault by Bar-Key. Nothing in this section limits Bar-Key's rights or obligations under a signed service agreement or under applicable law.
The Client controls whether a linked partner sees the Client's event details. A vendor, planner, or venue is linked to the Client's event so they can coordinate the one event they share. The Client controls whether a linked partner can see the Client's event details, one partner at a time, and can withdraw that access at any time. When the Client withdraws a partner's access, that partner stops seeing the event details going forward. Withdrawing one partner's access does not change any other partner's. What the Client controls is what a partner can see; the Company does not hand a partner the Client's event details against the Client's wishes.
The Vendor Hub is a place where the Company lists selected partners for clients to consider. A listing is a courtesy, not a right. The Company decides which partners appear, and a partner appears only while it is a Preferred partner, has chosen to be listed, and remains approved. A partner may turn its listing off at any time, and the Company may remove or suspend a listing at any time, including when a partner is no longer Preferred.
A partner that is listed agrees to use the Hub and the connections it creates in good faith. A partner may not use the Hub or any client or event information it receives through the Company to send unsolicited marketing, to resell or share that information, to poach another partner's work, or to reach clients outside the event the partner was linked to. A partner may not create fake listings, fake reviews, or fake activity of any kind.
The referral program is a benefit the Company offers, and its terms can change or end at any time without notice. Referral bonuses are earned only when the conditions the Company sets are met, and only the Company decides whether a referral qualifies. A partner may not game the program, claim credit for work it did not refer, or split, stack, or route referrals to earn a bonus it would not otherwise earn. The Company may withhold or reverse a bonus tied to activity that breaks these terms, and may remove a partner from the Hub or the referral program for doing so.
The Company provides the Hub and the referral program as they are. It does not guarantee a partner any listing, any placement, any referral, or any amount of business.
This section applies to you if you use the Partner Staff Portal. You reach this portal when a vendor, planner, or venue you work with invites you to help staff an event. Please read it before you accept.
What Bar-Key provides. Bar-Key Bartending LLC provides the Partner Staff Portal as a shared workspace where the people staffing an event can see event details, respond to an invitation, and follow the event's shared feed and timeline. Bar-Key hosts this space. Bar-Key does not run the event, does not direct your work, and is not your employer.
Your employer is the vendor, planner, or venue who invited you. Any work you do, any pay you are owed, and any agreement about that work are solely between you and the vendor, planner, or venue who invited you. Bar-Key is not a party to that relationship. Bar-Key does not set your pay, does not pay you, does not withhold or report taxes for you, and is not responsible for whether you are paid or how much. Pay figures shown in the portal come from the partner who invited you, not from Bar-Key. If you have a question about your pay or your work, take it up with that partner.
What you see in the portal. The portal shows you the event's details, a shared feed and timeline for the event, and the roster of people working it. What another person posts or shares is that person's own statement, not a statement by Bar-Key. Bar-Key does not review or approve what participants post before you see it, and Bar-Key is not responsible for anything you receive from another user. Bar-Key is not responsible for communications from anyone who is not Bar-Key Bartending LLC.
Keeping the space usable. You agree to keep what you post tied to the event and to treat the other people on it with respect. You may not post anything false, harassing, discriminatory, threatening, or unlawful, and you may not share another person's information or use the portal to reach people outside the event. If something concerns safety, service, or compliance, raise it with the partner who invited you or with Bar-Key. Bar-Key may remove content, or suspend or end portal access, for anyone who breaks these terms.
Your waiver. You use the Partner Staff Portal at your own choice. To the fullest extent the law allows, you agree that Bar-Key Bartending LLC is not liable for any loss, injury, dispute, or damages arising from your work at an event, from your relationship with the partner who invited you, from another user's conduct, or from your use of the portal. This waiver does not limit any right you cannot waive under applicable law, and nothing in this section changes the terms of a signed agreement between Bar-Key and any partner.
Accepting these terms. By accepting below, you confirm that you have read this section and agree to it. If Bar-Key updates this section, you may be asked to accept the updated version before you continue using the portal.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
Bar-Key reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Services with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
